EllieRoar Shipping Policy
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and automatically backorder the item for you. If you wish to get a refund we are happy to do that too.
- In stock orders will be shipped on a next working day service if ordered before 2pm, unless otherwise noted.
- Unfortunately we are at the mercy of couriers and cannot guarantee a time slot at time of ordering. As standard, all deliveries are between the hours of 8am and 6pm
Delivery Locations
- Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses across the UK.
- For deliveries outside the UK please see our guide to ordering from outside the UK.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are a flat rate of £8.95
- Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional charges on the checkout page.
